We just closed another successful short sale today in Lake Havasu City, AZ for a client. We listed the home 5/24/2011 and had it under contract by 5/27/11 which was 3 days on the market. Getting through the bank approval process was less than 2 months and then we scheduled a 30 day close once we got the approvals!
Our success was driven by pricing to compete with other distressed properties and intended to drive multiple offers which it did. We ended up with 4 offers and submitted the highest and best to the bank for consideration.
